About Me
I love movement and activity, with my main focus currently being on running and strength work. I enjoy challenging myself and regularly enter into running events, road and trail, through-out the year, and I have had a busy year of events. I have completed multiple half marathons as well as Hyrox events.
My passion for sport and fitness is what originally led me towards chiropractic, as I want to enable individuals and athletes to preform optimally. I have previously worked as a rugby club ‘physio’ responsible for players rehab and pitch side first aid cover. I have also assisted Indoor Masters British Athletics Championships proving pre/post event care to the athletes. I have also worked for Official Sports Services, who outsource therapist to professional sports teams that are travelling for fixtures, which include South Africa and Japan international rugby teams, the Sharks and Queensland’s red rugby team.
